Do not use long paragraphs of text. Make sure
to use bullet points and short sentences to
describe your educational background and
professional experiences.

Action verbs are basically verbs that will get noticed
more easily. That will also clearly communicate what
your experiences or achievements are. Examples
include managed, directed and planned.

job responsibilities. For example: Mention the exact
percentage of growth you have achieved in sales.
Try to give figures like 40% / 94% etc., wherever
applicable.

Make your resume positive. Do not include information
that might sound negative.

make sure that you will not end up sending an obsolete
document to the employer.

You resume should not contain the pronouns “I” or “me.”

Check and recheck your resume for errors in spelling,
grammar or punctuation. A simple typo can eliminate you
